I went into the store looking for a specific model MP3 player that was listed in stock on their website; yes, an MP3 player in 2026. After being assisted by about 4-5 members of their awesome team... they found it! The team is knowledgable, polite, and does the job. The store is clean, organized, and fun for nerds like myself. I actually look forward to my next visit to this store. Thank you, all!

My husband went in here to find hard drive and processor information and possibly make a purchase. One thing I would say is that the employees here are extremely knowledgeable and they definitely educated him on the best course of action for his computer repair. I did observe in the TV area where one employee was asked a question about a TV and he blew the customer off. This is why I provided a four star review. I think it’s important when you are paying this kind of money for a product that all of your employees are extremely helpful to their customer. This retailer definitely has anything related to what you would need for anything electronic.

Justin sales rep was perfect guy to help me. Everyone asked me for assistance but his “do you need help” felt genuine lol. Saved me money because online I was about to over pay. I love my pc set up because of his recommendations. Love him! If I need to go back I hope he’s there!!

Working with Jack to make my PC was lowkey life changing. I didn’t see myself making a PC on my own and didn’t want them to make it for me without me. I feel like you aren’t able to understand the PC unless you make it, so working with Jack to build mines was a good experience. S/O to Micro center for being my new fav tech store!

Micro Center has all the Best deals - priced to meet or beat anything online! And they're so flexible in offering combo discounts to match whatever specs you have in mind. I bought a new entry-level Gaming system for our kiddos, this week. This is probably the 16th or 17th system I've bought at MC in the past 25 years. And I've sent or taken more than 12 friends or family members there to buy systems over the years. It's all because they have great inventory and intelligent workers, that are incented to help you and capable of doing so.
